Reconstruction and modernization of the existing building is aimed at its year-round use as a marine center with exhibition, entertainment and educational functions. It is located in the northern part of the east breakwater, at the 3rd and 4th berths. This is an one-story, two-nave building, with dimensions of 90/ 30 m and an area of 2,795 square meters. The construction is metal, riveted, and it has historical value, since such construction is not being implemented at the moment. Functional zoning has been implemented: a lounge for arriving and departing passengers on cabotage ships with a capacity of about 150 people, which is also used as a waiting room for passengers, as well as a lobby in front of the exhibition area; exhibition, entertainment and educational center; commercial establishments; catering establishments; technical premises.
