A student dormitory with a commercial area on the ground floor and an underground garage. The building has 7 floors with a basement, new construction, with 80 rooms and 12 apartments in the residential part. Central heating has been installed for the rooms with students, the commercial part is air-conditioned. For the finishing layers inside and outside, as well as for the building installations, materials that comply with the European standards for thermal engineering and energy efficiency were used.
