Renovation of the square
in front of the National Palace of Culture in Sofia

The construction and repair works include the installation of 12,500 square meters of granite slabs, over 500 square meters of tactile strips, geotextiles and waterproofing. 450 m of drainage facilities with protective and underlaid concrete were built. The underpasses under the park space have over 350 meters of new handrails, new steps and cladding. The old lighting has been completely replaced. In the park, a drainage system was built in the green areas, as well as new waterproofing using a special anti-leakage technology in the underpass.
