The metro station is part of the M1 line. The project includes the construction of a two-way metro tunnel and two metro stations. The construction of the greater part of the metro line - 901 m - was carried out according to the Milan method, and the last section - with a length of 200 m - was built in an unreinforced pit, according to the traditional bottom-up method. The metro station is located under the Alexander Malinov Boulevard. Its total length is 171 m, consisting of two vestibules and a platform. The station has side platforms 100 m long. There are six entrances to it, two of which are on either side of the intersection with the St. Kipriyan Street, and the other four are on each side of the intersection with the Andrey Lyapchev Boulevard.
