The terminal is designed to receive, store and transport oil and chemical raw materials and commodity products. The construction and installation works include the construction of a pipeline dam on the road between Port 1 and Port 2, as well as the reconstruction of Port 1. Three tanks were built: for diesel fuel with a volume of 50,000 cubic meters and a floating roof; for low-octane gasoline (NOB) with a volume of 30,000 cubic meters with a hard top and pontoon; as well as for oil with a volume of 50,000 cubic meters and a floating roof.
