The project represents the largest catalytic hydrocracking plant in Eastern Europe. It is carried out under the license of the French company AXENS - a leader in the field of licensed technologies for oil refining, petrochemicals and gas processing. The first stage of the construction of the complex includes the construction of an H-Oil installation for hydrocracking of tar in H-Oil fluidized bed reactors with a design annual capacity of 2.5 million tonnes of raw material, as well as the auxiliary installations: hydrogen installation; amine regeneration section; acid water evaporation section and fire protection system installation; new transformer site.
