The project includes a complete internal reconstruction of an administrative building, located in the Studentski Grad area, into a residential building with a sports center. There are 184 independent objects, of which 122 are apartments, 56 studios for individual creative activity, 6 technical premises and 1 shop. In the basement there is a sports hall, a dressing room and a sauna. The building has its own parking area.
