The project includes the reconstruction of an existing four-story residential building and the construction of a new three-story multi-family building in the metropolitan district Krastova Vada. The two buildings have a total of 27 apartments, with 17 in the existing structure and 10 in the new one. Each building has separate underground garages, separate entrances and access to a common yard, and vehicular access is provided from two streets. The new building is designed as a multi-family residential building, including three above-ground residential floors, an attic floor and one underground floor with garages.
