We are specialized in the construction of infrastructure sites, industrial buildings, construction and maintenance of fuel stations, gas stations and facilities, and we offer new construction and reconstruction of public and office buildings, hotels and restaurants, sports facilities and residential complexes.
We have our own storage facilities, equipment, mechanization and everything necessary for the implementation of any project, as well as expert teams, located in our offices throughout the country. Our company is certified for compliance with the international standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001 and ISO/IEC 27001, and in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria it is registered in the Central Professional. Register of Builders for all groups and categories of constructions. We also hold a Certificate from the State Agency for Metrological and Technical Surveillance for maintenance, repair and reconstruction of gas installations and a Certificate for specialized training with the acquisition of a professional qualification in welding, as well as a Security Certificate for access to classified information up to the "SECRET" level in in connection with the conclusion or performance of contracts requiring such access.

METRO CONSTRUCTION
GP GROUP JSC. is an established leader in the implementation of metro stations and tunnels. Over the last 12 years, 9 metro stations and more than 11 km of metro tunnels have been executed. We have a team of professionals in underground construction, tunnel strengthening and digging, railway track laying, above ground metro structures, etc.
HIGH-RISE CONSTRUCTION
We have proven experience in the execution of objects from the field of high-rise construction, oriented to the execution of rough construction and full completion of public and administrative buildings, residential and hotel complexes and sports facilities with their appurtenant infrastructure. Through the application of modern project management systems we guarantee efficiency in the execution of the construction and assembly works.
TUNNEL CONSTRUCTION
The Tunnel Construction Department is part of the company's broad portfolio. The experts participate in the implementation of tunnel projects in the National Road Network and the National Railway Infrastructure. Our department has highly qualified personnel with many years of experience in the field of tunnels. Our company has specialized equipment for tunnel digging and strengthening, executed according to the New Austrian Tunneling Method.
TRANSPORT INFRASTRUCTURE
We implement successfully projects related to engineering infrastructure, such as reconstructions and repairs of the road network and urban infrastructure. Our department organizes the work with regard to equipment and technology, pricing and bidding. We manage the preparation of the documents for reporting and acceptance of the works by the contracting authorities, based on the concluded contract and the bills of quantities, submitted by the site manager.
RAILWAY CONSTRUCTION
Our department is one of the "youngest" one in the company, but already with objects put into operation; we organize and manage the process of implementation of the railway infrastructure objects, including: earthworks, appurtenant facilities, superstructure (traverse grid and railway), catenary systems, repairs of railway stations, railway station complexes, etc. Our team consists of experts with extensive experience in the large-scale railway projects implementation of national and European importance.
HYDROTECHNICAL FACILITIES
The experts from the Water Supply and Sewerage Department, as well as the experts in treatment technologies and plants have many years of experience and high qualifications, high level of competence and responsibility, they have excellent knowledge in the relevant fields, as well as the necessary organizational acumen. Their professional attitude to the work is the result of their practice not only in our country, but also abroad.
ENVIRONMENTAL PROJECTS
The team of the "Environmental projects" department is composed of experts who have gained experience from numerous sites in the field of environmental and water protection, including construction and reconstruction of wastewater treatment plants, reclamation and construction of new municipal waste landfills, as well as introduction of energy efficiency measures in residential and public buildings.
ENERGY INFRASTRUCTURE
The team of the Electrical facilities department consists of young and ambitious electrical engineers who have gained experience in the construction and reconstruction of the engineering infrastructure facilities, power distribution substations, external power supplies and electrical installations in buildings. In close cooperation with all departments we organize and manage the entire process until the sites are put into operation.

Our department takes care of the maintenance of all facilities and equipment in fuel stations, gas stations and oil facilities, office and administrative buildings and residential complexes entrusted to us by the customers in a technical and technologically working condition. We also carry out construction works, maintenance of external areas, landscaping and more. Our department has more than 30 service teams located throughout the country and a 24/ 7 hot-line for solving problems.

A department of highly qualified engineers playing a key role in the successful implementation of construction projects. A major factor in the efficiency of the department is the close and coordinated interaction with other departments, as well as designers, engineers and architects. In the rapidly developing area of geodesy, our main priority is the investment in vocational training and the implementation of innovative technologies in order to increase quality and productivity.
HEALTH AND SAFETY CONTROL
In 2010, a specialized health and safety department was established at the company. Each expert goes through compulsory, as well as internal firmed training with a direct focus on different aspects of construction. In the process of construction, the experts take part in the types of briefing, participation in operational meetings, internal and firm trainings, as well as carrying out the safety control of the construction sites.
